little story
There were two persons in a village. One person was the owner of a well and he sold the well to another person as he was in need of some money. Now the another person being the owner of the well was about to take out water from the well but the first person stopped him and barred him from taking out the water from the well and argued that he only sold the well and not the water in the well. Now the technical problem arised and after lots of their arguments the matter went to court for justice. After listening and understanding the points from both sides the judge said that as the first person sold only well to another person and not the water therefore second person cannot use the water but as the first person did not sell the water he should have taken out all the water from the well after selling. As he failed to do so he should pay the rent Rs. 5000 per month to another person. The matter solved out of court immediately and first person allowed him to use the water.
